5-Channel Receiver with Failsafe
The TQi 2.4 GHz radio system stores up to thirty models in memory, allowing you to use one transmitter for your entire RC garage. Integrated telemetry ports in the receiver transmit real-time data to the TQi transmitter when using the Traxxas Link App and telemetry sensors (sold separately). In the event of signal loss, the receiver automatically returns the throttle to neutral and holds the last steering position.

3-channel Micro Receiver with Fail-Safe Security
The TQ 2.4 GHz micro receiver uses an integrated LINK button for fast and easy binding. A two-color LED indicates power-on and bind status for fool-proof control and convenience. In the event of signal loss, the receiver will automatically return the throttle to neutral and hold the last commanded steering position. The Fail Safe programming is conveniently built-in and does not need to be set or activated.
Digital High-Torque Waterproof Steering Servo
A race truck needs a powerful steering servo for responsive performance. The waterproof steering servo (2075) uses O-ring seals to keep the fun going when things get wet. Watertight Receiver Box
Slash's patented sealed receiver box gives you the freedom to drive where you want, when you want. The antenna and servo wires route neatly through a special water-tight seal. A blue O-ring seals the receiver box to protect the receiver from water. The receiver can be removed for service and aftermarket receivers can be installed without losing the sealing properties of the box.

BIGFOOT comes with a powerful Titan 12T 550 modified motor with an internal cooling fan, an industry first for this class of truck. The Titan’s oversized armature (30% larger compared to 540-sized armatures) is equipped with 12-turns of pure copper wire for big torque and increased power-handling capabilities.
Lower-running temperatures are achieved with the integrated cooling fan. The Titan 12T requires very little maintenance and is designed for consistent torque and high speeds, without fading from run to run. Designed and engineered by Traxxas, the XL-5 Electronic Speed Control handles the elements while smoothly supplying power to the motor. This high-performance ESC is packed with impressive specifications that are typically reserved for high-end replacement units.
The XL-5 features a completely waterproof design, three throttle profiles, low voltage detection, Thermal Shutdown Protection, 4-8 cell NiMH and 2-cell LiPo compatibility, and built-in BEC. Its high-frequency operation, combined with ultra-low resistance, makes the XL-5 an efficient, ultra-smooth, and fully proportional speed control.
The XL-5 is manufactured by Traxxas to ensure the highest level of quality and support. An exclusive feature is the patented Training Mode, which reduces the overall power output of the XL-5 by 50%. This makes it easier for younger or newer drivers to develop their control skills before unleashing full-power operation.
7-Cell iD Battery Pack Included
The authentic BIGFOOT No. 1 includes a genuine Power Cell Battery Pack with iD connector to ensure you experience peak performance from your Traxxas model. Power Cell packs are optimized for free-flowing power and maximum punch with:
- Premium quality, low-resistance cells;
- Flexible, silicone-jacketed 12-gauge wire;
- Heavy-duty welded tabs;
- and Traxxas’ high-output, gold-plated, high-current connectors.
Precision assembly with individually wrapped cells and clear overwrap completes the Traxxas Power Cell package. With seven cells, BIGFOOT No. 1 has 8.4 volts of motivation for maximum speed.
4-Amp 6-7-Cell NiMH Charger USB-C
For quick, convenient charging, a 4-amp USB-C 40W Charger with iD (6-7 cell, 7.2-8.4 volt, NiMH) is included, maximizing runtime and minimizing downtime.
Terra Groove Tires and Beadlock-Style Chrome Wheels
Rugged tires, molded in a unique compound, provide maximum acceleration and great grip on a wide variety of surfaces including dirt, grass, pavement, and rocks. These tires were developed specifically for Traxxas monster trucks to emulate the “hand-carved” look of the full-size treads. Deep-dish wheels, with bead-lock detailing, complete the aggressive and authentic look.
