Tough reinforced bumpers protect the chassis against impacts. The specially designed front bumper provides a high approach angle that allows Stampede to climb up and over obstacles with ease. The rear bumper mounts a perfectly positioned wheelie bar to help prevent the Stampede 4X4 VXL from back-flipping under its explosive power.
Sledgehammer Tires and 2.8″ Black Chrome Wheels
Large 5.3″ Sledgehammer tires combine excellent ground clearance with true mud-slinging fun. 5-Channel Receiver with Failsafe
The TQi 2.4 GHz radio system stores up to thirty models in memory, allowing you to use one transmitter for your entire RC garage. Integrated telemetry ports in the receiver transmit real-time data to the TQi transmitter when using the Traxxas Link App and telemetry sensors (sold separately). In the event of signal loss, the receiver automatically returns the throttle to neutral and holds the last steering position.
Waterproof Receiver Box

The 272R features an aluminum motor plate, all-metal gears, and a sealed silicone-filled 4-gear differential. The low-CG design concentrates weight as low as possible over the rear axle for improved traction and handling. Clipless Race Body Slash Modified comes Ready-To-Race with a clipless body that requires no assembly and exceeds even the best custom designs. A heavily reinforced internal cage utilizes robust top and side bracing to ward off crash damage and protect the rear tires. Traxxas clipless technology holds the body firmly in place from start to finish with quick and easy removal on the pit bench. Replica Hoosier Tires Replica Hoosier Angle Block tires come mounted to graphite gray “steelie” wheels for an authentic race-prepped look.
