Reinforced Front and Rear Bumpers
Tough reinforced bumpers protect the chassis against impacts. The specially designed front bumper provides a high approach angle that allows Stampede to climb up and over obstacles with ease. The rear bumper mounts a perfectly positioned wheelie bar to help prevent the Stampede 4X4 VXL from back-flipping under its explosive power.
Sledgehammer Tires and 2.8″ Black Chrome Wheels
Large 5.3″ Sledgehammer tires combine excellent ground clearance with true mud-slinging fun. The open-block tread design claws into gravel, dirt, and grass for sure-footed 4X4 traction on nearly any surface. The heavy-duty rubber compound is specially formulated to resist tearing and bonds exceptionally well to the aggressive black chrome wheels.
Modular Chassis
Stampede 4X4’s modular design creates a chassis that’s both strong and easy to maintain. The front and rear bulkheads remove easily with just a few screws. In less than a minute using a power screwdriver, you’ll have full access for easy service and adjustment.

5-Channel Receiver with Failsafe
The TQi 2.4 GHz radio system stores up to thirty models in memory, allowing you to use one transmitter for your entire RC garage. Integrated telemetry ports in the receiver transmit real-time data to the TQi transmitter when using the Traxxas Link App and telemetry sensors (sold separately). In the event of signal loss, the receiver automatically returns the throttle to neutral and holds the last steering position.
Waterproof Receiver Box

The waterproof Velineon VXL-3s speed control is packed with technology to deliver maximum power. Large heat sink, integrated on/off switch, and three programmable drive profiles top the feature list. Now you can experience the fun of wheel-to-wheel Slash 4X4 racing in 1/16 scale Titan 550 power. At 14 inches long, the 1/16 Slash 4X4 is about half the size of the 1/10-scale Slash 4X4, but don't call it a "mini". This is a whole new category of RC performance and fun that no mere mini-model can match. Beneath the tough Race Replica polycarbonate shell, you'll find sophisticated suspension technology and chassis design with the quality and durability you expect from Traxxas.
Battery and Charger Included!
1/16 Slash includes a powerful 7.2 volt 1200 mAh Traxxas Power Cell rechargeable NiMH battery pack to reach its 30+ mph top speed. Fast 2-amp charging is available virtually anywhere thanks to the included USB-C battery charger with iD technology. Power adapter and cable sold separately. For maximum charge rate use Traxxas 2912 45-watt power adapter and 2916 100-watt power cable. The Traxxas iD system is the easiest and safest way to charge your Traxxas batteries. The charger automatically recognizes the iD battery and optimizes the charge settings as soon as you plug it in. There’s no guesswork involved, just fast, reliable charging every time.
Modified Muscle
Leave it to Traxxas to put the huge torque of the Titan 550 motor into the 1/16 Slash for incredible acceleration and monster power. The Titan 12T motor delivers exciting performance with long-lasting performance. An integrated cooling fan pulls cool air through vent tunnels molded into the motor plate to keep temperatures down. The XL-2.5 electronic speed control comes standard with three drive profiles, low voltage detection, thermal shutdown protection, gold-plated connectors, and incredibly low resistance.
